How did you first get involved with The Bone & Joint Journal?

I was a reviewer. When I was an invited guest speaker of the Edinburgh Trauma Symposium in August 2018, I interacted with members, started reviewing and then became involved with Editorial Board.

What is the best thing about being on the board?

The interactions with the board members even though virtual. I love the organisation of the leaders.

What one piece of advice would you give to others who might like to get more involved with The Bone & Joint Journal?

Do a great job reviewing, meet all deadlines, follow on social media and interact with ideas.
