How long have you been on the board?
I am new addition to the board and have just had the honour this year to the join.
How did you first get involved with The Bone & Joint Journal?Early in my ST years I worked for Professor Biant who encouraged and was supportive of research in my unit and she felt becoming a reviewer would give me insight into research methodology. I became a reviewer in 2009 and have been learning ever since!
What is the best thing about being on the board?Working with a brilliant group of colleagues to help promote and continue to improve our awesome journal!
What one piece of advice would you give to others who might like to get more involved with The Bone & Joint Journal?Do it! It may be a little time consuming to review but it really does help you learn and improve your own understanding and research methods.
What song is top of your operating room playlist? That’s hard. Depends on the time of year. Christmas is coming – ‘White Christmas’ by Bing!
