Satisfactory selection criteria are essential for the successful outcome of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UCA). We report the frequency of revision of the Oxford medial unicompartmental arthroplasty in knees previously treated for anteromedial osteoarthritis by high tibial osteotomy (HTO).
