To compare computer-assisted total knee arthroplasty with the conventional technique in operative time. 30 patients with different degrees and forms of knee osteoarthritis were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 (15 patients) had TKA using patient specific instrumentations (PSI). Group 2 (15 patients) had TKA using the conventional technique.
