Tuberculosis (TB) is a public health challenge. However, musculoskeletal involvement represents 10–15% of all extrapulmonary cases. Upper extremity involvement is extremely rare. The slow progressive course of clinical symptoms and lack of radiological signs lead to difficulties in establishing early diagnosis. Hence, the patients who have tuberculosis of the wrist are usually misdiagnosed. We report 5 cases of tuberculosis of the wrist seen in our unit from the year 2012 to 2021. Cases were retrospectively evaluated on demographics, nature of history, clinical presentation, culture finding, and histopathological findings from 2012 to 2021 at our unit.INTRODUCTION
