Background. Acquired flatfoot deformity goes ahead with a partial or complete rupture and thus insufficiency of the tibialis posterior tendon. We present the results of flexor digitorum longus transfer and medial displacement calcaneal osteotomy to reconstruct the acquired deformity. Material & Methods.
