Unplanned reoperations (UROs) following corrective surgery for adult spinal deformity (ASD) present significant challenges for both patients and surgeons. Understanding the specific UROs types is crucial for improving patient outcomes and refining surgical strategies in ASD correction. This retrospective analysis utilized data from the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS NSQIP) database spanning from 2017 to 2021.
