There is paucity of evidence in predicting outcomes following cervical decompression in patients in octogenerians with cervical myelopathy. Our aim is to analyse the predictive value of Charlson comorbidity index (CCI) on clinical outcomes in this group. All patients age >80 years who underwent cervical decompression+/−stabilisation between January 2006-December 2021 at University Hospitals of Derby & Burton were included.
