View my account settingsAnteversion of the femoral neck of 30 unpaired dry bones was measured directly, by ultrasound, and by computerised tomography. The angles measured directly corresponded well with the angles found by CT scan, but there was poor correlation between these and the angles measured by ultrasound. At present ultrasound seems to be unsuitable for the measurement of anteversion of the femoral neck.
